The Seminar ,,Bologna and the University”  in Ohrid

From 10-12 September 2007, is proceeding the seminar ,,Bologna and University “ organized from  the State University of Tetova .The seminar is working  up in the areas of the Center of Congresses  of the University,,St.Kirili and Metodij  in Ohrid.

In the strategy of the State University of Tetova  an important part of it is also taking  the training of  the academic staff  and its continuous intelectual and cultural raising through scientific researches ,seminars ,workshops etc. This seminar  introduces an advancement of the knowledge for the ECST systems  and the Declaration of Bologna .The final aim is final integration of the European outlines for higher education , in the University of Tetova.

The seminar Bologna and University  wants to inform all the lecturers  and assistants with the last reforms in the plain of higher education ,with Bologna Declaration ,ECST system(European credit system transfer), the law for higher education and the accordance  with the standards of  Declaration of Bologna ,their implementation for preparing the study programs , forms of organization ,the techniques of teaching  and how to evaluate the students .

The discoursers in this seminar are Dr. Milan Qosevski and Dr. Zoran Velkovski  ,certified professors for ECTS system .The topics that will be treated  are :,,Bologna ,what onward ?” ,, Bologna and the law of higher education” ,” The Development of  the cuticles  and the design of the  subjects programs “, “The techniques of teaching “,”The evaluation and the progress of the students “,” The Documentation according to ECST etc.
The rector of the State University  of Tetova  professor Dr.Sadi  Bexheti , for this occasion  expressed himself :,,Through this seminar  the State University of Tetova  aims to create a new  image and  side with  other universities  subscribers  of  this  process , to apply  authentically  the educational and scientific reforms visualized  by the  Card of Bologna.

Except  of executing the law regulations prognosticated to incorporate in our  education system the  European knowledge and experience ,too .Our university will also
organize activities like these  in the future, after we’ve taken this  valuable  mission to give devotion to the education and professional training for the new generations, bringing to light  the true values of  knowledge and science “.
