Professors from Germany will install workshop in SUT

In 20 June 2007, in the University Rectorat was a meeting between Hans Herpich from Nurnberg, prof.Mag.art. Bernhar Holleman from Limberg in Germany and mr. Klime Korobar, president of the Association for Culture IKON, and  Rector of SUT prof. dr. Sadi Bexheti.

Professors were ready to open a workshop for the grafik operations with textile. They will offer the equipment and everything else that will be needed for this workshop. For realization of this project will work professors from Germany together with professors and students from studding program of Arts. This workshop will offer modern technology for pattern with different materials, in which students will make practice during their studies.

Through this technology they can create art works from textile and other materials, they will have the chance that their opinions to express in the textile. Rector prof.dr. Sadi Bexheti thanked professors for their help and their co-operation and he considered this project very important.
Profesor Safet Spahiu from the direction Graphic Pattern was very grateful for the help in this project, which is very necessary in the practice work for students. He expressed that students are very interested for realization of this project and they are ready to help for the installation of the equipment. Project will start in the end of this month and with the engament of the students and professors it is expected to end in a short so than would be ready for the new academic year for the new students. Profesor Hans Herpich worked a great number of artistic works and he is engaged in many project in Germany.
